Participate in Research on Gender Identity in Klinefelter's

Help Improve Support for the X & Y Chromosome Community

August 29, 2024 - Understanding gender identity in individuals with Klinefelter's (XXY) is essential but remains under-researched. A new study by the University of Derby aims to explore gender identity development among people with Klinefelter's, potentially leading to improved support and services.

This research involves a longitudinal online survey for individuals aged 16 and older diagnosed with Klinefelter's. Participants will complete questionnaires on gender identity and wellbeing at two points, six months apart, and may also participate in individual interviews.

If you are 16 or older and have been diagnosed with Klinefelter's, the University of Derby would be very interested in hearing from you.
